About Us

Welcome

to the Creamery

The Creamery is a converted industrial building in Lafayette, NY, that Carl Geiger transformed into a hub for artists. Originally a creamery, the site now serves as studios, living spaces, and creative workshops for local and visiting artists. It is also the home base for All Shapes Considered http://allshapesconsidered.com, featuring Carl’s 3D photography.

About Carl

Carl Geiger is an artist, technologist, and teacher with decades of experience in 3D photography, sculpture, video, and computer technology. He is the founder of All Shapes Considered, a 3D photography experiment and business.  He was a co-founder of the Synapse Video Center at Syracuse University and Innervisions Media Systems, both nonprofit organizations dedicated to video art. His work includes 3D “photobusts”, multimedia installations, television projects, and digital art exhibitions.

Geiger’s adaptation of the Creamery reflects his commitment to community-based art and technology. The space supports artists’ residencies, collaborative projects, and public events, blending creative practice with accessible technology.
